Nice cozy fire without the fuss

We were so pleased with the steady burn and warmth that lasted for several hours in our fireplace. Great product for so many reasons; stacks easily, burns efficiently, provides sufficient warmth, cleaner/safer burn than cordwood… After emailing my question on how to get a proper burn, I received an immediate and most courteous response from Victoria.
